Request Services
Requests for transportation services must be arranged through the VICaP office in advance.
All Neighbors must be registered with VICaP prior to scheduling services.
Please fill out/sign the Neighbor Agreement AND Neighbor Registration forms, located at the bottom of this page, or call the VICaP office at 520-459-8146, Monday-Friday, between 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, or email
vicapsvaz@gmail.com to request the registration packet.
Our goal is to provide a complete array of services for the elderly, disabled, and home-bound residents of Cochise County by partnering/cooperating with other service organizations.
If VICaP does not provide a particular requested service,
we will make every effort to provide a referral to an organization that can.”
Transportation for medical appointments, grocery shopping, and other life necessities.
If you have a need that we do not serve, we might be able to provide you with the contact information of an organization that can help.

For our neighbors: As part of your enrollment in VICaP, please read and sign one of the Neighbor agreements (listed below) and return it to VICaP and keep one for your records.
