For our neighbors:  As part of your enrollment in VICaP, please read and sign one of the Neighbor agreements (listed below) and return it to VICaP and keep one for your records.

For our volunteers:  If you would like to be a VICaP volunteer, please download and complete the Volunteer forms below .  Then give us a call at the office (520-459-8146), so we can schedule you for training as soon as possible.  Thank you for stepping up to help our Neighbors.
